The Glenrose brand was established in the late 1990s, initially to develop individually funded, bespoke residential developments. The management team behind the Glenrose brand has over twenty years experience in the residential housing sector. Our Head Office is located to the north of the River Wear, ideally placed to service the geographical region in which we usually operate. We pride ourselves on being a friendly, customer-orientated company, whose ethos has always been to maintain customer satisfaction throughout the purchase procedure and beyond. Our developments, supported by professional sales, marketing and customer care, have established the company as one of the leading local award-winning developers. Past developments have been primarily located in South Tyneside, Sunderland and Gateshead areas. However we are always seeking opportunities to extend our geographical coverage. As the business has grown so has the size of our developments, to which our iconic development Echo24 on the south bank of the River Wear is testament. Despite this, Glenrose still retains a strong preference for small to medium sized self-contained schemes. Throughout our growth, our aims have remained the same; to provide quality, innovative, well designed and affordable homes for the local community.
