Our ethos is to maintain customer satisfaction throughout the purchase process and beyond, enabling our clients to enjoy their new homes for many years to come.
We begin by making our marketing material such as this website, any advertising and our brochures as informative as possible to enable homebuyers to make an informed purchasing decision. Our dedicated Sales Manager is always on hand to discuss, amongst other things, suitable house types, the local area and any amenities on offer, as well help our clients choose any options or incentives currently available. Before committing to a reservation, the timetable and procedures will be explained along with our cancellation policy. Once reserved, regular updates will be provided on both the progress of the new property and the legal conveyance, but we welcome contact at anytime for further information or advice. Before legal completion, clients will be invited for a walk around their new home to inspect any outstanding works and to receive a comprehensive demonstration of the fixtures, fittings and appliances. At completion and handover of keys, the new owners will be presented with a Home Welcome Pack which contains all the information needed to enjoy and operate the property. Once moved in any teething problems can be reported directly to our Head Office for the appropriate action. We will undertake a final inspection 9 months after completion and any items needing attention will be completed before the first anniversary of the house purchase. An industry standard ten year New Homes' warranty will be provided from a leading warranty company to give you added peace of mind. New owners are supplied with a documentation pack by their solicitor which should explain the cover being provided. A home is the biggest purchase anyone is ever likely to make and we aim to provide a professional, stress free service for all of our customers. |
