New homes echo Sunderland’s proud industrial Heritage
AWARD-WINNING developer Glenrose is bringing a taste of Wearside’s proud engineering heritage to a landmark new housing development by naming the homes there after prominent names in history.
The 19 executive properties at Rydale Park in Sunderland are named after Victorian engineers and historic icons honoured at the Ryhope Engines Museum nearby.

Congratulations are due to all parties involved in the successful letting of 4,000 sqft of commercial space to the Employment Services Group.
Within a matter of days of their appointment as national sales agent Knight Frank secured acceptable heads of terms with the client. Then the hard work began!! the tenant required the currently shell unit to be operational by 4th December 2009.
