Following the successful purchase of the site Glenrose have appointed Slayco as the finishing contractor with a four month completion programme.
The two companies have worked together in the past and are looking forward to another mutually rewarding project.

This is the first time the companies have worked together and Glenrose have been impressed with their dedication and professionalism to date.
The contract period runs until May 2010 with a show apartment scheduled to be open for the Easter holiday period.
