Glenrose’s new development off Angram Drive, Ryhope is now beginning to take shape with the successful completion of the phase one roadworks.

The road layout can be clearly seen from the new by-pass, giving a good indication of the generously sized plots provided for the 19 detached houses that will be built.

Construction work will begin in the new year and on completion the development will form a cul-de-sac with access only through Angram Drive.
