Following the successful purchase of the site Glenrose have appointed Slayco as the finishing contractor with a four month completion programme.

The two companies have worked together in the past and are looking forward to another mutually rewarding project.

Glenrose will be appointing a local agent to handle rental/sales enquiries and are currently reviewing there recommendations.
