Following a thorough tendering exercise ROK have been appointed as main contractor on Glenrose’s 35 apartment development at Fulwell, Sunderland.

This is the first time the companies have worked together and Glenrose have been impressed with their dedication and professionalism to date.

The contract period runs until May 2010 with a show apartment scheduled to be open for the Easter holiday period.
