Glenrose have announced the purchase of a development site at Fulwell,  Sunderland.

The scheme will comprise of 35 apartments built in two blocks on an island site close to local amenities.

The site, only a few minutes drive from Glenrose’s head office, was formerly a Print Centre which has been unoccupied for a considerable period.

The transformation of the site will remove the eyesore of the redundant buildings and replace it with quality apartment accommodation appealing to a wide range of clientele.
