Glenrose have been approached by Dunbar Bank Plc to complete a 16 apartment scheme at Bebside Hall, Bedlington, Northumberland after the demise of the original developer.
On the site of the old hall the completed development will comprise one main block of 12 two bed apartments and two separate buildings housing 2 two bed apartments and 2 one bed apartments respectively.

The site, only a few minutes drive from Glenrose’s head office, was formerly a Print Centre which has been unoccupied for a considerable period.
